Sound is an important part of "Live" music. This sets the tone and how the audience perceives the music... it's unfortunate that some great Bands get let down by the PA system that runs the Vocals and Back Line for instruments. Correct mixing of vocal to the bands instruments, and ensuring all instruments can be heard clearly and even boosting levels when an instrument goes into a solo are all important factors in providing a sound that is appreciated by all.
Blonde On Blue include a sound technician for all their Live GIGS. This enables the Band to get the right sound to the audience and provide the best possible listening performance for venues or private functions.
From 1 to 300 people... Blonde On Blue has the right mix to offer any venue. Our Sound Tech monitors the sound levels and what the audience hears for the entire duration of the performance.... something that audiences will remember.

In most venues Bands will play at between 93dbA to 120dbA (restrictions permitting).
Local Laws on Sound Levels:
Band maximum sound levels must be limited to 95dbA, at 3 metres from the front of the stage.
Sound levels will be measured using a sound meter. The first song will be sound checked and levels set. Levels must not then be increased. Sound levels will be monitored at regular intervals to ensure the levels are not beyond the current 95dbA.
